I am beyond excited to take the reins of this incredible agency and all of the support that I have received from the Board, the executive team and our staff has been nothing short of inspiring. I’m particularly fortunate to be surrounded by such a dedicated and talented team as we take this organization into the future.

 

 

Since joining the company in 2015, I have been able to see up-close how every component of this agency works together in an incredible partnership to bring our brand to life in the programs and communities that we serve. I am the happiest when I am able to spend time inside of our facilities, meeting with our employees, clients and other stakeholders. Listening to the successes and challenges that we face, I am reminded about the larger purpose that our agency plays in the lives of so many people around the country. Although we offer many different strategies, we always stand for empowerment and opportunity for everyone, to lead brighter, healthier lives. The Transition House, Inc. is a very special company, and it is my privilege to work with this team to continue making a difference in the lives of so many.

 

When I joined The Transition House, the agency provided its innovative services in Florida, but our Founder Tom Griffin set his sights on expansion, and expand we did! Soon, we will be operating in five states and as a result of this immense growth, I believe that there is an immediate need to strategically improve some of our key internal processes. Ensuring that our operational foundation is solid and able to properly support our current programs is key and will also be integral for any future expansion opportunities that we will pursue.

 

My vision for the organization includes a revitalization of our company mission, vision and values to inspire an informed and engaged company culture. Every employee will gain an understanding of how their role supports our company mission and we will always work to uphold our company’s core values. It is my belief that our employees are our greatest asset and they should be recognized regularly for the good work that they do every day. We will work to improve and streamline communication practices as well as operational efficiencies for the agency while always maintaining the open-door practices that were established by our company’s Founder.

 

I look forward to carrying Inspire’s mission forward through growth and innovation, working together to bring our quality services to those who need it most.
